Drawing on three decades of experience, Attorney John H. Mr. Zelenka combines a wealth of experience with compassion and commitment to meet and exceed his clients' expectations.

Mr. Zelenka concentrates his practice in civil litigation, zoning issues, commercial and residential real estate, landlord-tenant, condominium association issues, criminal law, guardianships, probate and estate planning, family law and adoptions, and mechanic's liens. 

Zelenka Law was founded on a single guiding principle: to understand each client's unique needs and goals and determine the most efficient way to attain them. Mr. Zelenka's diverse practice enables him to deftly navigate many complex legal issues, by listening to his clients' concerns, developing a plan collaboratively to resolve their legal issues, and then executing that plan to achieve the best possible outcome.

Mr. Zelenka lives in Palatine with his family. He is involved in his local community, where he coached Celtic Soccer for eight years and volunteered as a reader in District 15. He has served as Trustee of the District 15 Educational Foundation.
